Exploring the diverse range of roles in The Civil Service

The Brief

Working with Core and The Public Appointments Service, we were tasked to capture the wide range of experiences and backgrounds that can be found when working in the Executive Officer programme.

The Response

We interviewed Executive Officers from various government departments. These unscripted sit-downs enabled us to capture authentic conversations, as each Executive Officer shared their experiences, regardless of what department they worked in or their location. It allowed us to show the viewer the benefits of engaging in the Executive Officer programme, regardless of where you are in Ireland.

The Outputs

We created 9 individual profile videos, all following a similar style and theme, while still being unique to that Executive Officer’s experience. These videos included subtitles, as well as a full profile conducted in the Irish language, with accompanying English subtitles.
