Launching Glenveagh Smart Home Viewings and showcasing safety measures implemented during the Covid-19 crisis in 2020

The Brief

The unprecedented Covid 19 pandemic changed everything, including how to view and buy a home. In response to this, Glenveagh developed a state of the art smart home viewing system for potential buyers to view homes safely. We were asked to produce a video that showcases this innovative technology, reassuring all buyers that viewing houses is safe with Glenveagh.

The Response

In the Covid 19 world everyone is aware of the safety of all their, and other people’s, actions. As the country began to open back up in the Summer, people were very hesitant to accept old practices. To offset any viewers concerns about the construction industry opening again, we captured how the hygiene safety is now paramount to Glenveagh - from laying the foundations all the way to home viewings and sales process.
