A short summary video that shows all the fun had at the Festival of Running

The Brief

Irish Life Health had partnered with Athletic Ireland and were hosting the Festival of Running. It was an event for all the family to come and take part in a 5km race and then stay to watch the 2019 All-Ireland Athletic Championship in Santry. They wanted to capture the festivities in a snappy summary video that could be shared across all their social platforms.

The Response

We would send a small video crew to the event to capture all aspects of the day in a discreet manor, as not to impact on the set up on the live broadcast of the All-Ireland Athletic Championship. We wanted to focus on showing the excitement of all the families getting out and being active. We utilised hand held camera work to inject motion, ensuring that no element of the video was static.

The Outputs

We produced a short video that summarised all parts of the Festival of Running. It was a square format, which vital to ensure it could be shared across various social platforms and Irish Life Health could get the most out of the video.
